What are your rates?

Can I have someone else design my site, but have you build it?

Yes, it’s your site and we will work with you and any design that you would like. All that we ask is that you supply the original file in a .PSD or .PNG format. This will allow PCWS to work directly with your created website.

I’m not any good at writing; will you write the content for my website?

We ask that you come up with the content for each page and supply it on a Microsoft Word document. If you do not have MS Word than any notepad like application will work just fine. Writing content takes a lot of time and that will increase the time to complete your project. Nobody knows your business better than you, so we recommend that you submit your content to us instead. However, Perfect Circle will help critique your supplied copy free of charge, if requested.

I have my website completed and uploaded, but I have still have some questions, will you help?

Yes, all of Perfect Circle customers will receive additional training once your website is uploaded, free of charge! PCWS will schedule a time with you for that training, however an excessive amount of training will be subject to a surcharge. If this excessive time is reached, this charge will be discussed with you before any further training will continue.

I have a really cool service, or product will you barter for a website?

Perfect Circle's custom websites are affordable enough that we do not want you to feel that you over paid in the trade.

What happens if I want a new design in a couple of years?

This happens a lot, customers think that their design is already out dated. Come on in and we will go over many options and see if you need a new design or if a little tinkering will do the trick. If you do need a new design because you’re a returning customer ask about our loyalty plan; you’ll be very impressed about what we will do for you.
